• Welcome guest during check in and giving a found farewell to guest while check out. • Maintaining a friendly, cheerful, and courteous manner at all times. • Responds to telephone and in-person inquires regarding reservations, hotel information and guest’s concern. • Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in an efficient manner to maintain high level of guest’s satisfaction and quality service. • To pre-check 3 days forecast arrival especially VIP arrival for special amenities or special request instruction upon reservation process. • To monitor on room assignment, occupancy, and room allocations. • To familiar with the handling of group arrival and departure procedure. • Able to independently conduct a room tour and do a complete introduction of our hotel’s room categories and facilities. • Able to manage your emotions and handle the situations occur at Front Office in a professional manner. • Able to make decision to resolve issues in accordance with the interest of the Hotel with reasonable justification when the Assistant / Front Office Manager is not around. • Willing to learn and take up any tasks relevant to the Front Office operations, including but not limited to Reservation’s task when assigned.
