AGRO TOURISM MANAGER

Responsibilities: 1. Overseeing daily business operations. 2. Developing and implementing growth strategies. 3. Set policies and processes. 4. Creating and managing budgets. 5. Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance. 6. Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally. 7. Evaluating staff performance and productivity. 8. Overseeing recruitment and training of new and current employees. 9. Researching and identifying growth opportunities. 10. Generating reports and giving presentations to Management. Requirement: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hotel Management, Business Administration or equivalent with at least 5 years working experienced in managerial level. 2. Good knowledge of different business process and functions (operations, finance, HR, procurement, etc.). 3. Outstanding leadership qualities to manage resources and dynamic organizational skills to maintain daily operations. 4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 5. Good interpersonal and practical communication skills. 6. A team player, proactive and strong work ethic. 7. Meticulous attention to detail. 8. Work under minimum supervision, result oriented and strive for continuous improvement. 9. Willing to travel and work at operation/farm site.
