Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Record and process incoming orders
  • Generate and issue invoices
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone
  • Handle incoming phone calls
  • Assist and address walk-in customer needs
  • Coordinate with the planner regarding out-of-stock items
  • Communicate with the Commercial Department about daily incoming payments
  • Follow up with customers on delivery dates
  • Send order confirmations to customers via fax/email for payment purposes
  • Arrange and email outstation orders to the designated transporter

Requirements:

  • Diploma or
  • Minimum 1 years of working experience in related field
