Job description
Responsibilities:
- Record and process incoming orders
- Generate and issue invoices
- Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone
- Handle incoming phone calls
- Assist and address walk-in customer needs
- Coordinate with the planner regarding out-of-stock items
- Communicate with the Commercial Department about daily incoming payments
- Follow up with customers on delivery dates
- Send order confirmations to customers via fax/email for payment purposes
- Arrange and email outstation orders to the designated transporter
Requirements:
- Diploma or
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in related field
