Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive at CIA Events Malaysia in Petaling Jaya. The role involves managing client services, relations, presentations, customer service, and account management on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Client Services, Client Relations, and Account Management skills
- Strong presentation and customer service abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in event management or related field
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of marketing and branding principles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese is required
