Marketing Executive

Marketing • Assisting Marketing Department in planning, presentation and execution of annual Marketing Plan & Budget. • Design and develop marketing collaterals, e.g. corporate brochure, articling brochure, personal and group profiles, website, etc. • Assisting in the execution and integration of marketing activities, e.g. liaising with advertising agencies, coordination for charity events and smart partnership. • Monitoring update and changes of group hotels’ websites. • Coordination of production of marketing collaterals upon the need and request from group hotels and departments. Public Relations • Support and coordinate PR activities for Summit Hotels & Resorts that will help to increase hotels’ visibility and impact. ~ Produce quarterly newsletter for Summit Hotel & Resorts. ~ Work closely with media to ensure that all properties gain good public image. ~ Advise on contracting with advertising and public relation agencies for major events and special campaign. ~ Review and evaluate the impact of Summit Hotel & Resorts publicity via media. ~ Identify Public Relation opportunities in the country. ~ Draft and disseminate press releases as needed for news and promotions of group hotels. ~ Provide PR support to Summit Hotel & Resorts at trade shows, conferences and meeting as needed. • Participate in relevant project and committee meetings. • Develop and implement communications or PR programs to include internal and external publications (e.g. newsletter, client alerts, greeting cards for festive seasons, etc.) that enhance public awareness of the Summit Hotel & Resorts.
