About You :
Design, implement, mentor, on-the-job training and evaluate a range of Sales and Productivity development programmes in line with organisational needs. Working as part of our Human Capital Development team, you will engage with leaders and managers across the organisation to understand their needs and develop a range of interventions to support their ongoing development. Your focus will be training, mentoring and strengthening the sales-related roles in sales processes and systems to support the business, promoting efficiency, and increasing productivity in the used-car industry.
Your Day-to-Day
Program Planning and Development
- Partner with team members to develop a training program designed to enhance sales-role knowledge associated with any of sales motions
- Analyze data, performance, and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practices for training and mentoring program
- Oversee and validate the delivery and quality of provided training
- Track the effectiveness of training interventions through multiple assessment tools
- Evaluate the impact of existing and new leadership development interventions to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the current offer to support leaders in achieving their full potential
- Project manage the program to ensure driving impactful results within the agreed timeline
Training and on-the-field Mentoring
- Provide skills-based, mentoring, coaching to support the achievement of specific weekly/monthly/quarterly operating plan targets, sales targets, assigned performance targets, and high customer satisfaction
- Provide leadership development activities that incorporate a variety of learning methodologies as part of our commitment to equipping our managers and frontline employees with the skills and capabilities necessary to embed a high-performance culture in every aspect of the organization
- Work in conjunction with stakeholders to ensure that we jointly create a high-performance culture throughout the organisation
Ad Hoc Projects
- Demonstrate flexibility by providing support for ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements
- Experience in designing and implementing sales-related development programmes, coaching or mentoring
- Excellent track record of delivering engaging and informative training interventions
- Excellent facilitation skills which encourage participation and appropriate challenge of participants
- Relevant work experience in learning and development or a sales role
- Added advantage for experience in sales and retail experience
- Degree or Professional qualification in Management
- Ability to work independently whilst also supporting and drawing on resources across the wider department
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
