Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, traditional, and offline platforms to drive revenue and increase brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, promotional videos, and social media content.
- To manage and ensure the success of marketing activities across offline, digital, and e-commerce channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and KPIs to measure effectiveness and optimize future campaigns.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives within budget and timeline constraints.
- Assist in budget planning and expense monitoring.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and attending marketing events.
- Continuously assess and report on campaign results, implementing improvements as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a marketing role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Mandarin is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and resourceful with strong networking abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work long or irregular hours for events.
- Owns transport and is willing to travel as needed.
- Working days & hours: Monday-Friday (9.00am-5.00pm), Alternate Saturday (9.00am-1.00pm)
