QA Engineer (Plastic Injection)

Job Scopes

• Monitor product quality during the injection moulding process.
• Perform in-process and final product inspections to meet standards.
• Identify defects (e.g., warpage, flash, short shots) and find root causes.
• Work with the production team to fix issues and prevent them from recurring.
• Maintain inspection records and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Assist in audits and ensure processes meet customer requirements.
• Use measuring tools (e.g., calipers, gauges) to ensure product accuracy.
• Ensure tools and testing equipment are calibrated properly.
• Suggest ways to improve processes and reduce defects.
• Handle customer quality issues and provide feedback to the team.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of QA experience, ideally in plastic injection moulding.
• Knowledge of moulding processes, defects, and ISO standards.
• Able to use basic measuring tools and testing equipment.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
