  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

ERP Support Specialist is responsible for planning, designing, implementing and supporting Business Applications (BA). The successful candidate must be able to organize and lead BA projects.

  • This role will be focusing on SAP S4 HANA and oversee other BA systems.
  • Analyze business requirements and mapping of those to best practice business processes and data models to meet client requirements effectively.
  • Facilitate gap analysis blueprinting session and create/update blueprint, functional and technical design documents.
  • Propose, monitor change management process.
  • Coordinate execution of project tasks with other team and be comfortable in working with multiple business entities. Manages work efforts between functional, consultants, vendors and technical teams engaged in the analysis, design, configuration, testing, maintenance and quality assurance of systems.
  • Sharing the knowledge with colleagues and provide leadership and coaching to new and existing resources in the team.
  • Coordinates and participates in user and support training involving the usage of the systems (SAP ERP System).
  • Ensure Business as Usual (BAU). Attend to business end user’s needs from time to time.
  • Be involved with different types of Business Application software related initiatives.
  • Perform project management role if require.
  • Other Duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
