Position Overview: As a Customer Support Intern, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our customers and our development team. Responsibilities:

- Support the sales and marketing teams with insights from customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT and software development processes.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month
