Job Title: Inventory & Operations Coordinator
Location: Jalan TUDM, Sunway Subang, Shah Alam
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Inventory & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will manage stock and inventory processes, conduct audits at our Kopi Saigon outlets, and support the training of outlet staff in operational procedures. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient stock control and adherence to company standards, making a significant impact on the quality and consistency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Handle ordering, receiving, and organization of stock, ensuring supplies are readily available.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and manage returns or exchanges for defective items.
Outlet Audits:
- Perform scheduled audits across Kopi Saigon outlets to assess compliance with company standards and SOPs.
- Identify areas for improvement at outlets and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare and submit detailed audit reports to the Operations Manager, documenting findings and corrective actions.
Operations Support:
- Carry out daily administrative tasks related to stock and inventory control.
- Ensure all storage areas are clean, organized, and efficiently managed.
- Assist the Operations Manager by preparing reports and tracking inventory usage across outlets.
Staff Training & Development:
- Provide training to outlet staff on inventory procedures, SOPs, and basic operational guidelines.
- Develop and update training materials to reflect current inventory processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for outlets with questions or challenges related to stock and operations.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of inventory levels, orders, and returns.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on stock usage, outlet performance, and audit results.
- Record any inventory or operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or operational auditing.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
- Proficiency in inventory management software is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on training and auditing.
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position based in Jalan TUDM, Sunway Subang, Shah Alam, with regular travel to Kopi Saigon outlets for audits and training.
- Must be able to lift and organize stock as required.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
