Job Descriptions:

Responsible for promoting a safe and healthy work environment while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

Their main responsibilities include:

• Policy Development & Compliance: Develop and implement safety, health, and environmental policies in line with industry regulations (e.g., OSHA, DOSH).
• Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct regular risk assessments, hazard analysis, and ensure control measures are in place to minimize workplace risks.
• Training & Awareness: Provide safety training and conduct awareness sessions to educate employees on ESH practices.
• Incident Investigation & Reporting: Investigate accidents or incidents, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Site Inspections & Audits: Regularly inspect the workplace to ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct environmental audits.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain ESH documentation, including inspection logs, incident reports, and compliance records for internal and regulatory review.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Typically 2-5 years of experience in a safety, health, and environmental role, preferably in a high-risk industry (e.g., construction, manufacturing).
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or a Yellow Book for site safety (in Malaysia) are highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of ESH regulations, risk management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Other: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
