Description:

Job Summary

  • Manage and grow the existing B2B channel in terms of acquisition of new users and usage of the platform, expanding the platform into new areas of development for the benefit of both customers and clients.
  • Assist in the growth and adoption of digitization and automation of all other existing platforms and channels.

General Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret data to provide insights that support business decisions. Create and maintain reports, dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.

  • Lead in managing internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to customer visits/calls/trainings, client presentations, reaching out to internal teams for collaborations and process building.
  • Approach clients on digital media advertising, prepare proposals, oversee advertisement contracts, manage ad campaigns, prepare campaign analysis.
  • Manage and grow the existing B2B channels in terms of acquisition and usage of the platform, expanding the platform into new areas of development for the benefit of both customers and clients.
  • Assist in the operations of the online channel, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and engaging in close collaboration with IT and business teams.
  • Liaise with regional teams on maintenance, operations, performance.
  • To undertake other responsibilities and duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Analytical skills to understand trends from data, segmentize customers and to have the logical mindset to draw conclusions on what needs to be done based on the analysis.
  • Has a solid understanding of information technology.
  • Copywriting skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously and execute to completion in a timely manner.
  • Proven competency to handle confidential/sensitive information in an appropriate and secure manner.
  • Excellent proficiencies in Excel and PowerPoint.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any related disciplines.
  • Possess 2-5 years working experience at Executive level in similar capacity.
