  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview: As a Ride Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and efficient experience for all guests at the theme park. You will be responsible for overseeing the operation of rides, assisting guests, and maintaining safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Ensure all attractions are operating smoothly and efficiently. Ensuring guests are aware of and adhere to the attraction’s as well as the park’s rules.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that all guests have a positive experience by addressing any concerns, managing queues, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Safety Compliance: Liaise with their immediate superior regarding status of rises, maintenance requirements and safety measures and prepare for and instigate the opening and closing of the park.
  • Reporting: Provide regular, accurate and up to date feedback and information to their immediate superiors.
  • Training: Attend the essential training for their role in the park, which includes Attraction SOP Training and Emergency Response and First Aid Training.

Qualifications:

  • Education: School Grads, Diploma or Bachelor Degree or related field.
  • Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
  • Team Player: Works well with others to create a safe and enjoyable environment.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with theme park operations, safety protocols, and customer service standards. Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
