Job Responsibilities:
- Manage regular travel company daily operations
- Handling booking inquiries (both individual and group booking).
- Coordinate reservations for tours, hotel & accommodation, ground transportation and other facility reservations
- Plan & preparing custom travel itineraries/proposals, preparing quotations and invoices.
- Ensure that all work execute with professional, accuracy and timely manner.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of SPM and above
- Experienced in Travel industry is an added advantage
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Required language(s): English & Mandarin (as the role requires handling Mandarin-speaking clients and travel vendors). Chinese is an added advantage
- Tactful Communications skills and able to work independently.
- The ability to prioritise and cope with pressure at busy times.
- Must be well organised, detail orientated and resourceful.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Mandarin Word Star.
