Senior Executive (Digital Marketing)
1. Digital Marketing Strategy (Malay Market Focus):
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to the Malay audience for our new vape product.
- Conduct market research to understand the preferences, trends, and behaviors of the Malay market.
- Identify and leverage digital channels that resonate most with the target demographic (e.g., social media platforms, influencers, forums).
2. Product-Specific Campaigns:
- Lead the planning and execution of digital campaigns focused on promoting the vape product to Malay consumers.
- Collaborate with the product development team to highlight key product features, benefits, and brand messaging.
- Utilize storytelling and content marketing to create culturally relevant and appealing campaigns.
3. Social Media Marketing:
- Manage and grow the brand’s presence on social media platforms popular with the Malay audience, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Develop content that resonates with Malay consumers, including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community interaction to increase brand loyalty.
4. Influencer Marketing & Partnerships:
- Identify and collaborate with Malay influencers, vape enthusiasts, and key opinion leaders to promote the product.
- Develop partnership strategies with local influencers to increase visibility and trust in the brand.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of influencer partnerships and adjust as needed.
5. Content Creation & Localization:
- Create culturally appropriate and engaging content (e.g., blog posts, videos, social media content) in Malay to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure all marketing materials, campaigns, and promotions align with cultural sensitivities and appeal to the target audience.
- Work with designers and content creators to produce visuals and campaigns that resonate with the Malay market.
6. SEO, SEM, & Paid Advertising:
- Optimize all digital content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and organic reach within the Malay market.
- Run targeted paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and use data to refine and improve digital marketing efforts.
7. Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns targeting the Malay market.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and ensure marketing objectives are met.
8. Compliance & Regulatory Awareness:
- Ensure all marketing efforts comply with local regulations related to the promotion of vape products in the Malay market.
- Stay updated on industry trends, legal considerations, and potential marketing restrictions.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience :
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with experience in consumer products or niche markets.
- Proven track record in creating and executing digital marketing strategies for the Malay market.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of the Malay consumer culture and market trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Malay and English.
- Creative and strategic thinking with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven track record in creating and executing digital marketing strategies for the Malay market.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with experience in consumer products or niche markets.
