- Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Pipeline Management:Develop and manage a sales pipeline to track opportunities and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Product Knowledge and Demonstrations:Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams:Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to develop tailored proposals and marketing collateral.
- Negotiation and Deal Closing:Ensure contracts and agreements align with company goals and client expectations.
- Market Research and Analysis:Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors in the cloud services space.
- Target Achievement:Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall company growth.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the cloud services or IT industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
• Understanding of cloud computing technologies and services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) for communication with diverse clients.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
