  • Responsible managing daily sales activities, servicing existing clients.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships, gather feedback, promote new products, inform promotions, and identify opportunities for upselling. Receive and process customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Respond to customer’s inquiries in regard to product knowledge, and respond to complaints in a timely and effective manner. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Explore, identify, and develop new customers to contribute to company’s sales targets and growth through sales techniques and all channel.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collect payment from customer and follow up on overdue payments, maintain actively communication with customers to settle the outstanding payment and resolve any issues or disputes.
  • To execute sales activities as planned.
  • Participate the sales activities, including exhibition, event, customer anniversary, health talk and etc as and when required.
  • To achieve agreed upon sales target & outcomes within schedule and KPI set by management.
  • Prepare sales forecast and relevant sales report or documentation that required by Sales Manager.
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG Industry.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking client)
  • Willing to work on out of office hours or weekend to attend exhibition/events.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Highly motivated and driven to achieve targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Willing to travel outstation. Possess valid DRIVING LICENSE & HAVE OWN TRANSPORT.
