Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities in the market.
  • Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and online platforms.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they match the company’s target customer profile.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects and leads using CRM tools.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and work closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and addressing concerns or issues.
  • Regularly meet with clients to assess their needs and identify opportunities for further business.

3. Sales & Negotiation

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing to close deals and drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and close deals faster.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
  • Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation related to business deals.

4. Market Research & Analysis

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and threats in the industry.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, product/service demands, and competitive positioning.
  • Suggest new products, services, or marketing tactics based on market insights.

5. Business Strategy Development

  • Assist in the development of business strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns that support business development efforts.
  • Identify potential partnerships, collaborations, or acquisitions that could benefit the organization.

6. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track progress against sales targets and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Create and maintain sales reports and presentations for internal meetings.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and suggest improvements based on results.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential business opportunities and monitor follow-up activities.

7. Customer Retention & Upselling

  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent service and ensuring delivery of commitments.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

8. Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Share client feedback with internal teams to help refine product offerings and improve service delivery.
  • Participate in strategy meetings to ensure business development efforts align with overall company objectives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
