Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities in the market.
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and online platforms.
- Qualify leads to ensure they match the company’s target customer profile.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects and leads using CRM tools.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and work closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and addressing concerns or issues.
- Regularly meet with clients to assess their needs and identify opportunities for further business.
3. Sales & Negotiation
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing to close deals and drive revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and close deals faster.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation related to business deals.
4. Market Research & Analysis
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and threats in the industry.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, product/service demands, and competitive positioning.
- Suggest new products, services, or marketing tactics based on market insights.
5. Business Strategy Development
- Assist in the development of business strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns that support business development efforts.
- Identify potential partnerships, collaborations, or acquisitions that could benefit the organization.
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track progress against sales targets and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Create and maintain sales reports and presentations for internal meetings.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and suggest improvements based on results.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential business opportunities and monitor follow-up activities.
7. Customer Retention & Upselling
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent service and ensuring delivery of commitments.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
8. Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Share client feedback with internal teams to help refine product offerings and improve service delivery.
- Participate in strategy meetings to ensure business development efforts align with overall company objectives.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
