Job Description:We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to support food delivery vendors and end users through outbound calls. This role is ideal for a Mandarin speaker with strong communication skills and experience in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to assist food delivery vendors and end users, providing excellent customer support.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance user satisfaction.
- Record and update call information accurately in the system.
- Work collaboratively with the team to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Mandarin for effective communication.
- Diploma in any field; however, SPM holders with relevant customer service experience will be considered.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months.
Pay: RM5,000.00 per month.
