- Preparation of a large variety of pastries, breads and other related products. (croissants, danish, puffs, cakes)
- Bake items according to established recipes, adjusting oven temperatures, bake times, and ingredients as necessary.
- Monitor baking process and adjust as needed to achieve desired product quality.
- Decorate cakes and pastries, and prepare garnishes as needed for display items.
- Ensure all baked goods are fresh, visually appealing, and ready for sale on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking baking ingredients.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and test new recipes or seasonal items.
- Candidate must possess at least Certificate or diploma in pastry making, baking or relevant field with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
- Preferably F&B specialized industry or equivalent.
- Good spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidates must be result oriented and self-driven. Highly organized and able to multitask in fast-paced environment.
- Strong self-presentation skills, and efficient.
- Maintain a high level of attention to details.
- Able to multitask & work under pressure.
- Able to work with a team.
