Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts, following Arest Cafe’s recipes and standards.
- Innovate and develop new recipes and menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Monitor baking supplies and ingredients to ensure freshness and quality; manage inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment, including mixers, ovens, and proofers.
- Collaborate with the cafe team to ensure baked goods are displayed attractively and replenished promptly.
- Adhere to portion and waste control guidelines to maximize profitability.
- Stay up-to-date with baking trends and techniques to continually enhance product offerings.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
