Operations Executive

Invoicing

• Issue invoice to customers once goods are ready
• Check invoice
• Verify that all invoices have no outstanding balances before releasing goods to customers.
• Upload customer payment slips into the system for accounts verification

  Procurement

  • Issue PO
  • Email to PO to supplier
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Explore or search new supplier

    Customer service

    • inform customers when their orders are ready for pickup.
    • Handle customer inquiries and issues via the office handphone.
    • Filter and direct customer messages to the appropriate departments for follow-up.

      Logistic

      • Arrange deliveries for within klang valley customers and handle courier services for outstation customers
      • Research and identify new courier services as backups if existing services increase prices or become unreliable.

• Computer literate.
• Able to communicate in English, Malay & Mandarin.
• Candidate must be willing to learn new skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, quick learner, pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
