Job Summary:
The incumbent is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization’s digital marketing strategy. This role involves utilizing various digital channels to attract and engage target audiences, drive brand awareness, and generate leads.

1. Content Marketing:
- Create high-quality content like blog posts, articles, and social media content.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO).
- Develop and manage content calendars.
2. Social Media Marketing:
- Manage social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Create engaging social media content.
- Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Build backlinks to improve website authority.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic.
4. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:
- Manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
- Track and optimize campaign performance.
5. Email Marketing:
- Create and send email campaigns.
- Segment email lists and personalized messages.
- Track email open and click-through rates.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
- Use analytics tools to track website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance.
- Generate regular reports on marketing performance.
7. Brand Awareness and Reputation Management:
- Monitor brand reputation online.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Implement strategies to improve brand awareness.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Mass Communications/Advertising or any related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Prior experience in a Marketing/Advertising agency is preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, 小红书) and their algorithms.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, for copywriting purposes.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Zoho).
- Basic knowledge of design and editing software (e.g., Cap Cut, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro etc) will be an added advantage.
- Good command of English; candidates who can converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
