SURFACE TREATMENT SPECIALIST

BHD. seeks a SURFACE TREATMENT SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s name • Inspect surfaces for defects such as rust, scratches, or contaminants. • Perform cleaning, sanding, grinding, or blasting to prepare surfaces for treatment. • Ensure proper surface conditioning according to material type and desired finish. • Apply coatings, paints, primers, or other surface treatments using methods like spraying, dipping, brushing, or electroplating. • Conduct thermal or chemical treatments such as anodizing, galvanizing, or heat-resistant coatings. • Monitor the surface treatment process to ensure compliance with technical and visual standards. • Perform tests like adhesion, hardness, or thickness measurements to verify quality. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with coating adhesion or surface finishes. • Operate and maintain surface treatment machinery and tools, such as spray guns, CNC equipment, or chemical baths. • Provide input on surface treatment solutions based on material compatibility and performance requirements. • Identify opportunities to improve treatment methods for cost-efficiency, performance, or environmental impact. Requirements The required skills for the position SURFACE TREATMENT SPECIALIST are: • Minimum 5 years and above experience with surface treatment machine process troubleshooting is necessary. • Knowledge of surface preparation and treatment techniques. • Familiarity with industry-specific standards. • Experience with CNC machines. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Adhere to safety and quality policies. • Effective problem-solving abilities. • Keep maintenance data and report on daily activities. • Candidate must possess relevant education certification.
