Role Summary:
As the Business Development Manager for L&D, you’ll drive our business growth by building client relationships and developing L&D solutions tailored to our clients’ unique needs. The role involves sales strategy, relationship management, and market analysis to create impactful partnerships with key industry players.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Execution
- -Generate qualified leads and convert them into opportunities by targeting HR professionals, decision-makers, and key stakeholders in various industries. -Develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. -Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and post-sales follow-ups. -Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Market & Client Intelligence
- -Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitors in Malaysia’s L&D market. -Translate insights into strategic opportunities, presenting solutions that meet evolving client expectations and market demands. -Customize proposals to highlight relevant L&D solutions and outcomes for clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
Relationship Management
- -Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business. -Act as primary contact, ensuring high client satisfaction and effective issue resolutions. -Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with our service delivery.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- -Track and report on sales activities, maintaining a robust pipeline. -Use CRM tools to manage client data and performance metrics, guiding future sales strategies. -Provide valuable insights for product development to better meet client and market demands.
