Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Management & Qualification:

  • Handle inbound inquiries from prospective clients and qualify leads based on their real estate needs.
  • Maintain and grow the lead pipeline through proactive engagement and relationship building.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build relationships with potential clients to establish trust and credibility.
  • Schedule appointments for the real estate team with qualified clients.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all client communications via calls, emails, and other channels.

3. Database Management:

  • Use CRM tools to track, manage, and update lead information.
  • Ensure all notes, interactions, and follow-ups are accurately logged and organized.
  • Continuously update the database with new leads and maintain data accuracy.

4. Market Insights:

  • Stay informed about real estate trends, market conditions, and pricing updates.
  • Provide potential clients with basic information about the local property market and processes.

5. Support for Real Estate Team:

  • Coordinate with agents to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
  • Assist in preparing reports or updates on lead status and conversions.
  • Participate in virtual sales meetings to share updates and feedback.

6. Performance Targets:

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs such as client interactions, appointments set, and lead conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or client relationship management (real estate experience preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated in a remote environment.
