M&E SUPERVISOR

Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH Management System. Comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements. Implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment. Take responsibility and accountability for prevention of work-related injury and ill health in own specific area of work/responsibilities. Oversee all Mechanical and Electrical installations within construction project. Ensure that all M&E systems are installed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Prepare and submit reports for any information requests or deviations from the required standards. Coordinate closely with subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of M&E systems with overall construction activities. Supervise and manage subcontractors' daily work activities, ensuring availability of materials, equipment, personnel, and tools, and maintaining safety. Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that M&E installations meet project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Monitor progress, identify potential delays or obstacles, and proactively implement strategies to keep the project on track.
