Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients through research and networking.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and targets.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and reports.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, activities to create more sales opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Utilize effective methods to track leads, manage sales pipeline, and report on performance.
Any job or task assigned by your superior or person appointed by your superior.
Job Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Preferable bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferable with 2+ years of experience in sales or business development.
Preferable with proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite will be added advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Personal Attributes:
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel for client meetings, events and sales.
Valid driver’s license and possess own transport
