11. Provide guidance, training, and motivation to team members to enhance sales skills and effectiveness.
12. Ensure a high level of team collaboration and communication.
13. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
14. Analyze sales data and trends to adjust strategies and improve sales effectiveness.
15. Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to adapt sales tactics accordingly.
16. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
