Project Manager - CIVIL

Key Responsibilities: -Plan, oversee, and manage projects, schedules, and budgets effectively. -Monitor project budgeting and scheduling to ensure alignment with objectives. -Allocate resources and collaborate with the internal purchasing team and suppliers, as needed. -Liaise with project consultants, contractors, and other relevant personnel to address technical and site matters. -Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards throughout project execution. -Perform project risk management by analyzing and mitigating potential risks. -Provide guidance and support in resolving claims and disputes efficiently. Qualifications: -Preferred Candidate: Sarawakian. -Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Requirements: -At least 7 years of experience managing project sites, with a strong focus on road and bridge construction projects. -Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff. -Strong communication and negotiation skills. -Willingness to travel and work in locations such as Mukah, Dalat, Kapit, Samarahan, Sarawak.
