Duties and Responsibilities including following:
1. Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
2. Create effective customer relationship management procedures, policies, and standards.
3. Develop customer satisfaction goals, improve services and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
4. Monitor customer relationship management overall operation, identify issues and develop
action plan to resolve the issues.
5. Collect the feedbacks from the customers, improve the quality of service to the customers and optimize customer service quality in all aspects.
6. Data analysis and prepare relevant reports to the Management.
7. Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies.
8. Maintain a professional workspace and workflow.
9. Organize and compile Lampiran A documents and customer receipt for KPKT audit.
10. Generate Lampiran B and B1 for yearly submission for finance department to audit.
11. Maintain filling of customer agreement, organising all documents for internal audit.
12. Attained knowledge of KPKT requirements and able to handle auditor’s expectations and
questionnaire assertively.
13. Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
14. Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
15. Ensuring all office maintenance duty is completed (ex: air-con maintenance, tracking of
stationary supplies etc.), working closely with Admin Department.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
