CUSTOMER SERVICE
Responsibilities
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Update calendars and schedule customer meetings/ appointment
- Undertake special assignments and related duties as specified by directors.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Knowing our products inside and out.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements
- Open for Malaysian citizen only.
- SPM or higher
- No prior experience is required as training will be provided. Fresh school leavers and graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to understand and communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage.
- Good in MS Office and Excel.
- Pleasant deposition and well-groomed.
- Must possess a high level of discipline, work ethics and integrity.
- Able to multi-tasks, cheerful, energetic, creative, positive mindset and self-motivated.
- Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Results driven and passionate about setting a high-performance standard and meeting objectives.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Shift A: Monday - Friday, Working hours 10am -8pm , Shift B: Monday - Friday, Working hours 10am -8pm , Saturday 10am-6.30pm.
- Able to read / write in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
