Are you passionate about Anime and have strong store management experience, especially in handling large crowds? Join our dynamic team as a Retail Store Manager in the heart of Kuala Lumpur!

With a competitive basic salary of RM3,800 – RM4,300, plus allowances and commissions, this opportunity is perfect for someone with at least 5 years of retail management experience. Lead a dedicated team, share your love for Anime, drive sales, and create an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers.

Requirements:

• Strong interest or passion for anime brands and the Animate world.
• In-depth knowledge of popular anime series, movies, and characters.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a related industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to train and guide staff in engaging and connecting with customers in a friendly, approachable manner.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control practices.
• Experience in creating impactful product displays and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content creation (preferred)
• Experience in creating staff timetables and managing attendance reporting.
• Proficiency in sales forecasting, stock assessments, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to engage with customers and provide exceptional service by sharing knowledge of animated brands.
• Guide and support staff in assisting customers with product selection and personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
• Drive sales by implementing effective promotional strategies and meeting performance targets.
• Manage store inventory, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and conducting regular stock assessments.
• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to highlight animated products.
• Oversee transactions, process payments, and handle refunds or exchanges efficiently.
• Manage the store's social media presence by creating and posting engaging content (if applicable).
• Create staff timetables and ensure accurate attendance reporting.
• Generate and analyze sales and stock forecast reports to optimize performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant store environment in line with company standards while ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.
