As a Indoor Sales Executive, you will contribute to the sales efforts by qualifying leads from the leads generations/marketing campaigns as Sales Opportunities and by contacting potential customer through cold calls or email. This role will need focus in telesales and KPI to achieve.
Key Activities / Accountabilities
-Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Handle communications with clients, both verbally and in writing, to provide timely and accurate information.
-Coordinate with different divisions to obtain quotations and create proposals for the sales team.
-Manage and update customer accounts and records in the system.
-Track and follow up on customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any logistical issues.
-Assist in the preparation of One of Quote (OOQ) and other necessary documentation.
-Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and processes to better assist customers.
Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills
-Previous experience in customer service or indoor support, preferably in a forwarding company or logistics environment.
-Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa, both verbal and written.
-Ability to work collaboratively with various departments to gather information and create proposals.
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Knowledge of special services and processes related to forwarding and logistics is highly desirable.
-Ability to manage customer accounts and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
