  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  3. Click Privacy and Security.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Responsibilities: Serve as the SME to set up end-to-end media workflows for digital (online) destinations. Perform preventive maintenance, installation, and modification of video and audio systems, including handling SD/HD source formats. Maintain and monitor the operational status of digital media infrastructure to ensure optimal system performance. Assist operations teams in areas related to video and audio systems, such as transcoding, audio description, and subtitling. Configure endpoints, including FTP, Aspera, and S3 links. Troubleshoot and resolve escalated trouble tickets (TT) from other engineering units or operational teams, including liaising with clients to provide workflow solutions and technical support. Proactively monitor system performance end-to-end to ensure compliance with specifications and respond immediately as per SOP when required. Ensure all workflows are documented and updated in the Knowledge Repository (Confluence). Requirement Extensive technical experience with video and audio equipment and software, including encoding, compression, and quality control in content production environments (e.g., film, advertising). Strong expertise in transcoding techniques and file creation, with scripting-level knowledge of tools such as Vantage, Cambria, and FFMPEG. Solid understanding of containers, codecs, encoding formats, and accessibility features. Knowledge of database systems (SQL & MySQL), SQL scripting, backend testing, and API integration. Bachelor’s degree in film technology, broadcast engineering, video/digital or electrical engineering, digital or video production, or a related discipline (preferred). Experience with systems like Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, AWS, antivirus tools, and Windows/Linux servers. Background in TV Broadcast, DTT, OTT, or Digital Media is an advantage. Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript is beneficial. Strong ability to prioritize, delegate, and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to work under shift
