- Hotel Management: Oversee the daily operations and management of a 120-room hotel near KLCC, including guest services, staff management, housekeeping, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Property Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive bookings and increase visibility for both the hotel and residential apartments.
- Residential Apartment Management: Manage the maintenance, leasing, and guest services for a portfolio of 30-50 residential apartments, ensuring all properties are well-maintained and meet client expectations.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and guests to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Operational Efficiency: Monitor the performance of both the hotel and residential apartments, making recommendations for improvements in service quality and operational processes.
- Team Leadership: Lead and guide a team of staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk personnel, to deliver exceptional service.
- Achieve at least Diploma certificate in related field
- Proven experience in hotel management, property management, or related fields.
- Fluent in English. Additional language will be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of hotel and residential apartment operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in using property management software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies for both hotel and residential properties.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of KLCC area and its market trends is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
