  • Residential Apartment Management: Manage the maintenance, leasing, and guest services for a portfolio of 30-50 residential apartments, ensuring all properties are well-maintained and meet client expectations.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and guests to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operational Efficiency: Monitor the performance of both the hotel and residential apartments, making recommendations for improvements in service quality and operational processes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and guide a team of staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk personnel, to deliver exceptional service.
  • Achieve at least Diploma certificate in related field
  • Proven experience in hotel management, property management, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English. Additional language will be an added advantage
  • Strong understanding of hotel and residential apartment operations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in using property management software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies for both hotel and residential properties.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of KLCC area and its market trends is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
