BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR / BARISTA SUPERVISOR / JB & MALACCA

Oversee the preparation and presentation of milk tea and other beverages to ensure quality and consistency Manage day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance Maintain inventory control and manage supplies to ensure stock levels meet demand Provide excellent customer service inquiries or issues professionally Monitor health, safety, and cleanliness standards in compliance with regulations Assist in developing new drink menu items and promotional offerings Lead by example, motivate the team, and foster a positive, cooperative work environment Handle cash register and daily cash-outs when necessary Requirements: Previous experience in a beverage or food service management role (preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to train and manage a team effectively Knowledge of beverage preparation, including milk tea and specialty drinks Excellent customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Workplace : KSL / Batu Pahat / Malacca (4 position)
