Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the marketing initiatives for our company. The ideal candidate will develop and execute innovative sales & marketing strategies to promote our diverse services, including training programs, trading operations, and professional services, while ensuring alignment with our brand’s mission and values. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels. Key Responsibilities 1) Sales & Marketing Strategy and Planning - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our training services, trading operations, and professional business solutions. - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities. - Set marketing objectives and KPIs to measure campaign success. 2. Digital and Traditional Marketing Campaigns - Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and offline promotions. - Design and oversee content creation for social media platforms, website, and promotional materials. - Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and engagement. 3. Brand Management - Strengthen brand identity by ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels. - Build brand awareness in target markets through creative campaigns and partnerships. 4. Customer Engagement - Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies. - Build relationships with potential clients through targeted marketing efforts. 5. Analytics and Reporting - Monitor sales & marketing performance and prepare detailed reports to evaluate effectiveness. - Utilize data analytics to refine strategies and improve future campaign performance. 6. Team Collaboration - Collaborate with sales, training, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with company goals. - Supervise external vendors or agencies involved in campaigns. Qualifications and Skills - Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a sales & marketing management role. - Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms. - Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies. - Experience in B2B and B2C marketing is preferred.
