Requirements •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. •Fresh graduate are welcome; Candidate with 1-2 years of working experience with proven track record in sales/business development, focusing on building and maintaining client relationships will be added advantages. •Can speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be added advantages. •Added advantage if candidate has experience in or good understanding of Point of Sales (POS) Systems industry. •Self-motivated, dynamic, able to work independently with minimum supervision and desire to deliver results. •Possess own transport and willingness to travel as required to adapt to business needs. •Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and practices. •Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive strategic decision-making. •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport and creditability with clients and internal stakeholders. •Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and collaborate with multiple departments. •Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively •Responsibility Job Responsibilities: •Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communications, networking events, and entertainment opportunities. Out-of-office meetings and visits will be required. •Collaborate and coordinate closely with stakeholders to develop effective solutions for quotation and proposal preparation. •Conduct market analysis to identify and research potential clients, markets, partnerships and competitive threats. •Drive business growth and capitalize on sales prospects while maintaining a robust project pipeline. •Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking activities and strategic cold calling. •Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and objectives. •Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. •Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market innovations to maintain a competitive edge. •Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the management. •Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote company brand and services. •Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time by management.
