- Managing sales documentation (contracts, proposals, invoices, etc.).
- Preparing sales reports and presentations for the team or management.
- Coordinating schedules, meetings, and calls for the sales team.
- Acting as a liaison between the sales team and other departments (e.g., finance, marketing, logistics).
- Ensuring timely follow-ups on leads and opportunities.
- Monitoring sales targets and helping teams align with organizational goals.
- Handling customer inquiries and escalating issues when necessary.
- Processing orders and tracking their status.
- Supporting account managers in contract renewals or upselling opportunities.
- Maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Addressing client feedback and resolving issues promptly.
- Carry out special assignments, ad hoc functions, and related duties as assigned by the Director.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Required languages: English, Bahasa, and Mandarin. Mandarin proficiency is preferred for liaising with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
- Candidate with 1 year or above sales related experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Self-motivated, Results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed to support sales gallery operations.
