Office Management: Overseeing day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment and facilities. 2. Scheduling and Coordination: Organising meetings, events, company vehicle maintenance and travel arrangements, and managing executive calendars. 3. Communication: Handling correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and ensuring effective internal and external communication. 4. Documentation: Preparing and maintaining organisational documents, reports, and records. 5. Support Services: Providing administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
