- Provide efficient support for logistics operations and ensure timely record-keeping.
- Organize and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers.
- Assist in day-to-day operations, including:
- Record-keeping.
- Data entry.
- Administrative support.
- Print delivery notes and enter shipping and inventory data into the logistics management system.
- Generate reports, including preparing daily/weekly summary reports on shipments, inventory, and pending tasks.
- Area is not public transport friendly; own transport is most preferable.
- Living within KL area or willing to travel.
- Will be working in a warehouse environment (may be dusty).
- Familiar with basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
- Can speak Bahasa Malaysia and basic English at least.
- Working hours: 6-day work week; shift-based hours (9 - 12 hours)
