  • Provide efficient support for logistics operations and ensure timely record-keeping.
  • Organize and maintain documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and customers.
  • Assist in day-to-day operations, including:
    • Record-keeping.
    • Data entry.
    • Administrative support.
    • Print delivery notes and enter shipping and inventory data into the logistics management system.
    • Generate reports, including preparing daily/weekly summary reports on shipments, inventory, and pending tasks.
  • Area is not public transport friendly; own transport is most preferable.
  • Living within KL area or willing to travel.
  • Will be working in a warehouse environment (may be dusty).
  • Familiar with basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
  • Can speak Bahasa Malaysia and basic English at least.
  • Working hours: 6-day work week; shift-based hours (9 - 12 hours)
