- Routine processing of sales orders, monitoring, and acting as the key contact point to liaise with internal team
- Managing and supervising logistical issues pertaining to customer orders as loading/unloading of goods, replenishing stock and inventory as well as ensuring deliveries are carried out in a timely manner
- Perform basic customer service functions, like answering questions or chasing payment
- Compile sales reports and monitor sales efforts
- Become an expert on company product and service offerings
- Invoice client and process payment
- Update databases and customer feedback
- To perform duties assigned by superior from time to time
- Min 1-2 years’ experience in sales or related field
- Required skill(s): SQL and MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word)
- A good team player, with high integrity, a positive mindset with the right attitude
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Able to work independently, and cope with high pressure in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
