Sales Executive (Retail)

• Responsible for showroom gallery sales.
• Efficiently handle clients' enquiries and provide good customer service.
• Proactively maintain good relationship management with new and existing clients.
• Assist sales team in maximizing sales and marketing revenues.
• Manage the sales process from generated leads/gallery sales to closure and completion of works.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of customers' orders.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure strategy alignment to achieve company objectives.
• Keep updated on market trends and changes in customer demand.

• Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for higher (Senior/Outdoor) positions. Remuneration will be reviewed accordingly.
• Display high level of interest and enthusiasm towards the product offerings.
• Independent, confident, and self-motivated with good sales and servicing aptitude.
• Self-disciplined to complete tasks assigned within deadlines.
• Results-oriented with a customer service mindset along with excellent client relationship-building skills.
• A good team player and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Working Location: Petaling Jaya
