  • Make expansion plans according to annual expansion targets.
  • Responsible for finding new sales outlets, evaluating business districts and store locations,
  • Keep in touch with suppliers to follow store construction progress.
  • As the primary contact between the shopping mall and the business team, responsible for negotiating lease terms and ensuring the implementation of lease terms.
  • Update and maintain licenses, lease agreements, insurance and related matters.
  • Work with the shopping mall management team to ensure compliance with shopping mall operating standards.
  • Attend store opening events and related shopping mall events, ensure timely store opening.
  • Coordinate about event venues and schedules to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Establish and maintain good contact with the merchant department of the shopping mall, give priority to obtaining information about the expansion of the shopping mall.
  • Develop other partnerships to create mutually beneficial market opportunities.
  • Ensure that all internal and external processes and regulations are followed, including health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze industry trends to identify growth areas for new stores.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for new stores, including strategies for pre-opening, opening and post-opening activities.
  • Business administration, marketing or related major are preferred, bachelor degree or above preferred.
  • More than 3 years of retail management experience, focusing on retail leasing, strategic expansion, store development, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to motivate a team and effectively resolve conflicts; Excellent communications and negotiation skills, responsible for contacting and negotiating with shopping malls.
  • Familiar with the local retail market in Malaysia, familiar with local shopping mall resources, familiar with laws and regulations of the local retail industry.
  • Through research and analysis of market data, have insight into market trends.
  • Good English, Malay and Mandarin listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
