Sales Admin
- Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of items received against purchase orders and packing lists. - Sort, label, and store items in designated warehouse locations, maintaining a clean, safe and organized storage area. - Conduct regular inventory counts, resolve discrepancies, report damaged or defective items, and coordinate reorder requests with the procurement team as needed. - Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales invoices, quotes, and other required documents. - Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, and assist in preparing and packaging orders for shipment. Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth processing and timely delivery. - Collaborate with sales representatives to respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person, escalating issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. - Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- At least SPM/Diploma
- Basic software skill on MS office
- Min 1 year experience on stocking
- Team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
