- Organizing and overseeing advertising/communication campaigns (social media, print collaterals), exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.
- Initiating and controlling surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
- Writing copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material, etc.).
- Maintaining relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Sales and/or Marketing.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods.
- Experience in Social Media Postings is required.
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
- Experience in the printing industry is an added advantage.
- Possess good negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- Good verbal and written proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality, presentable, and outgoing.
- Possess own transport.
