Job Summary: The Sales and Service Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and overseeing service operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for customer satisfaction. Familiarity with UVC firewall technology is a plus, as it will enhance our service offerings and customer solutions. Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Gather customer feedback to improve products and services. Service Operations: Oversee the service team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services. Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements as needed. Train and mentor service staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer insights and feedback. Reporting: Prepare regular sales and service reports for management review. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and service management, preferably in the water treatment or related industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with UVC firewall technology is a plus.
