In this role, you will manage the administrative and transactional aspects of HR functions within an organization. Managing day-to-day activities related to employees, such as payroll, benefits administration, record-keeping, compliance, and other operational tasks. Responsibilities - Performing administrative activities across different HR processes like Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle management, Employee support centre, Talent development, Compensation & Benefits processes - Ensure adherence to SLA’s as agreed for the respective processes. - Work closely with quality team in identification and implementation of improvement ideas. - Monitor and resolve day to day issues & escalations, if any, by co-ordinating with different process owners & stakeholders - Work closely with the overall process lead to ensure that any process changes / updates are communicated timely to the team members in KL. - Provide coaching and mentoring to the team members and manage client stakeholders. - Manage team of recruiters - Support team with complex cases and communication/collaboration with retained teams. - Support team with load/volume distribution during peak/high volumes. - Manage and support reporting and reconciliation for benefits and compensation. - Responsible for generating HR reports and provide analytics to required stakeholders. - Prepare and publish dashboards in the required established templates. - Generate analytics and insights with respect to the performance dashboards. - Gather and discuss performance feedback with key stakeholders - address and solve any performance/ process issue. - Manage weekly/monthly governance with Key stakeholders. Minimum qualifications - Requires communicating and write in Thai & basic English is required. - Bachelor’s or equivalent education - 3 - 5 years of experience in leading HR shared services and driving process transformation - Experience using Workday system or similar HCM. - Demonstrated competence in managing various HR functional areas like Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle management, Employee support centre, Talent development, Compensation & Benefits processes. - Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment. - Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward.
